Here's a challenge, no T.V. for a week!
If you can't imagine doing forgoing The Office, Sportscenter, American Idol, the NBA playoffs or some D.I.Y TLC show than try one or two days.

I watched no t.v. yesterday in honor of national turn off your t.v. week. I must say it was very nice ... you can get a lot more done without the t.v. to distract you! Just thought you would like to know.
